Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed from KASIR at kasirofficial.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Cost

US orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $100 are charged shipping at the rate calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once your order has shipped. Use the link provided to follow your package. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in carrier tracking data.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you. If you did not receive the package or it was stolen after delivery, contact the carrier first to open a claim or file a report. We are not liable for theft or loss after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address you provided.
