Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from KASIR at kasirofficial.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The return must be initiated and your return request must be approved by us before you ship the item back. Returns shipped without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- Unused and unworn.
- All original tags attached and intact.
- Original packaging included and undamaged.
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase.
- Limited edition or promotional items designated as non-returnable.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
- Items missing tags or original packaging.
Return Approval Process
You must receive approval from us before shipping any return. Email support@kasirofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Do not send items back until you have received this approval.
Shipping and Refund Fees
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when we shipped the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged by us or in transit. For returns that are not due to our error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. When the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund timeline (5–10 business days) begins only after we receive the item, complete inspection, and approve the return. If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria in this policy, we may deny the refund. Actual posting to your account may vary by bank or card issuer. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Email support@kasirofficial.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping where required. Reports made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
